Pre-paid maintenance plans are sold by the dealership at the time you purchase your car. You cannot purchase a plan directly from Dealer Maintenance.
When you received your loyalty card, you should have also received instructions for where to login, and your password. To login, click the Member Login button on the left of this page.

You should have received a Welcome letter & customer loyalty card in the mail that describes the details of your PPM program. If you did not receive this information or if you mis-placed it contact your selling dealership to request a new one to be sent out.
